Right now i wanna ask you that how can i get a green card for my wife again? can you help me about this case? How soon can i get my wife to USA thanks Best fatih akin
Thank you for your question. If your wife is in the U.S., she can file Form I-90 to renew her green card. The fact that the card expired does not mean that she lost her permanent residency. It is similar to your passport expiring, which does not mean that you lose your citizenship. If, however, your wife is abroad and has been there for more than a year, it is best to consult with an immigration lawyer individually, because there are ways to possibly bring her here and resume her permanent residency.
