Insurance Bad Faith Negotiations

Insurance companies will twist and manipulate any fact or circumstance in your case to lower the amount that they are willing to offer in a settlement. Too often, insurance adjusters use illogical arguments or ridiculous excuses to justify offering as little compensation as possible to people who are seriously injured through no fault of their own. We call this “Insurance Bad Faith” - and it is illegal. Usually, an injured person’s only recourse is to file a lawsuit and take his or her case to Court.
