Immigration Paralegal

Fairfax immigration law firm is looking for Experienced Immigration Paralegal with 2 + years of progressive experience in immigration law to assist attorneys with preparing and filing immigration packages, responses to RFEs, drafting motions and pleadings for removal proceedings, gathering evidence, controlling case calendars, supervising clerical staff, and communicating with clients. Minimum requirements:

– 2 years of Immigration Paralegal experience– College degree preferred– Foreign language is a big plusJob Type: Full-time
