Amanda leads the Estate Planning and Administration practice at I.S. Law Firm, where she helps individuals and families protect what matters most. Her work focuses on wills, trusts, asset protection, and estate administration, with the goal of preventing confusion, minimizing conflict, and providing certainty during difficult times. Before joining the firm, Amanda handled a broad range of estate planning and elder law matters, including will- and revocable trust–based planning, probate and trust administration, guardianships and conservatorships, and Medicaid planning.
This experience allows her to proactively identify challenges and develop reliable plans tailored to each client’s goals. Her commitment to this work is rooted in firsthand experience supporting family members through complex care and decision-making, giving her a deep appreciation for the stakes involved. A longtime Northern Virginia resident, Amanda is actively involved in her community. She is fluent in Korean and values serving a diverse client base through culturally sensitive planning. Outside the office, she enjoys hosting gatherings for friends and spending time with family.
