Attorney Ismail T. Shahtakhtinski is the founder and principal of I.S. Law Firm, PLLC. He focuses his practice primarily in the areas of business law and immigration law. His diverse background in law, accounting, finance, and business enables Mr. Shahtakhtinski to provide high quality integrated legal services across practice areas. Prior to founding his firm, Attorney Shahtakhtinski worked with other firms on major civil litigations and served as of counsel for a New Orleans based law firm. Mr. Shahtakhtinski has developed experience in a broad range of civil matters including personal injury, insurance coverage, as well as immigration law and commercial litigation including contract disputes and business torts. In the past, Mr. Shahtakhtinski represented number of Washington, DC area businesses, international corporations, foreign governments, and individuals in their legal matters.

Over the years of fast-paced and highly evolving practice, Mr. Shahtakhtinski participated on forum and conference panels, and has been interviewed by international news broadcasts on developments in U.S. Law. Attorney Jerry L. Williams, III is the co-founder and principal of Patel & Williams, PLLC. He represents the interests of those applying for social security disability, supplemental security income and long-term disability benefits. Mr. Williams also represents clients in personal injury matters and family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, protective orders and guardianship cases.

Mr. Williams comes from a family of lawyers, including his father and grandfather. By never forgetting where he came from, he has given back to the legal community in a variety of ways, including volunteering with the Montgomery County Bar Foundation Pro Bono Program, Prince George’s County Community Legal Services, the District of Columbia Pro Bono Program and Wills for Heroes program.

Attorney Devanshi P. Patel is the co-founder and principal of Patel & Williams, PLLC. Ms. Patel’s practice focuses on family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, protective orders and guardianship, immigration matters, and social security disability, supplemental security income and long-term disability benefits.

Ms. Patel’s litigation experience is significant and diverse. She has handled complex commercial litigation as well as general civil matters involving domestic relations and landlord-tenant issues. Ms. Patel has prepared dispositive motions, handled discovery, and negotiated settlements in numerous civil litigation matters. She also has tried matters before the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
